El Cubano in Menden

We ordered today for six people from "El Cubano" in times of Corona to pick up. The meal took longer than expected at first, but that was justifiable for us. The disappointment came when, despite the waiting time, it was completely cold! To top it off, each dish was a cheek for all prices in terms of taste. Partly from wrongly prepared to badly seasoned everything included. Not recommended and will unfortunately no longer order here.

The food and cocktails were delicious, but the service was unfortunately a disaster. - There was hardly any talk to us - Dishes were not cleared for hours - Drinks have been forgotten - Even with empty glasses, there was no question whether we wanted anything else, so we had to walk in several times to order something again By the way, we were the only guests and there were definitely enough waiters.

If I could I would give 0 stars. We were there for Valentine's Day to eat and wanted to spend a nice evening, unfortunately the menu was given that evening until the first drink came 45 minutes later, the food after complaints and threatened that we would come after more than 1 1/2 hours, absolutely bad Quality and you could tell that and the given menu the cheapest was served around us from tables hardly anyone got his food after 2 and a half hours we should get the dessert, declined and wanted the bill immediately which was fully charged despite all the complaints. We drove home hungry and will avoid this "restaurant"! Conclusion completely overwhelmed staff and absolutely no Mediterranean flair. Never again!

Very tasty food and cool

Eaten again very, very well. The tuna steak grilled to the point, the prawns and the squid crispy fresh. Always recommended and not just because of the food. The ambience is also great.

The staff is friendly and the tapas of solid quality. However, the price structure has shifted somewhat ... sorry, everything a little overpriced!

I reserved a table for 5 people at the weekend. We were received very warmly. The ambience is very good and you feel very well. The staff was always friendly and left nothing to be desired. The food was as expected very good. One sees and tastes immediately that the cook understands his craft. We can only recommend this restaurant.

The best restaurant in the area !! Freshness, quality, service, atmosphere Highly recommended are the daily specials with meats and fish, as they are locally bought directly prepared.

It was delicious as always. We ordered Tappas with 6 persons. All were really good. Only when we got the bill, the number of ordered Tappas was not correct. Luckily we noticed it in time. Otherwise we would have paid 25 € too much

Semigeile locality. Food took 2 hours at not fully occupied tables and the drinks have also been waiting. Tasty between 4-5, unfortunately!

Very good cocktails and attentive service. An Austrian waiter immediately made for a good mood in the noble ambience. The food was just as great!

We were there for the purpose of a celebration! Exellent friendly service! The food was good Bourgeois and very delicious! And delicious dessert! The coffee is absolutely great! Highly recommended!
